Maybe he needs to take filming lessons as well so the subject is in the centre of the vid.

I am a bit curious, would anyone know if a D4 will tow that monster legally? Owning a Land Rover means I can’t afford a boat

The boat was too far forward on the trailer.
I have seen a BMW 735i tow a 28 foot Bertram on a similar trailer.
    Not recommended but possible.
It was our BMW demo boat for the D150 diesel stern drives.

Yeah it doesn't open completely in my browser either. To view the full video, right click on the vid and then select 'copy video URL at current time' and open it in another window (see below). Got me the first time too!

Me either! For some reason, it happens to a lot of Facebook links when I try and open them on my desktop. I then use the cut and paste link trick.

I don’t know anything about boats. How heavy do you think the boat Is? I’m guessing it’s got a towbar weight over 250kg?

This is typical of a badly loaded/balanced boat trailer.
Looking at the clip the boat isn't even pulled up tight on the winch as there is a large gap between the bow and the locking "V" on the front of the trailer and yet the boat is still FAR too much forward on the axels on the trailer, So much so that the rear set of wheels are barely touching the ground.

It looks like someone is using a borrowed trailer that is unsuitable for the boat being towed in this instance and IF the correct trailer was used it wouldn't be a problem towing this particular boat which probably weighs in at about 2000-3000kg.
A correctly set up and loaded triple axel trailer would carry a boat this size easily, This is Definitely Not the case here.
