Brewing in the cold

Yer I bought a super capper from a tip shop for $8:D

There the only ones too use plus I have grolsch style bottles as well

I think I need a brew fridge too.:o After a 10 year break from brewing I put down a Muntons Pilsner but for the first three days the fermentor sat at 24C, with the cold front that came through yesterday it has dropped to 22C...:(. I though I could get a Larger style in before winter finished...

Not to worry, I'm sure I will enjoy drinking it.:D But I did linger in the computer room at work today, it sits at 21C all year round.:angel::angel::angel: Probably not conducive to continued employment if I turned a section into a micro brewery.:wasntme:
