Need to chill my lines...

I have been doing a bit of research on the net at it appears that I am not alone...:p The two options, that are not exclusive, are; use a length of 1/2" copper water pipe to sleeve each beer line, and air cool the font with a fan inside a jiffy box and flexible conduit placed up the centre of the tower.
Another common "issue" that I have is that the displayed temp on the kegerator is not close (approx reading 5 degrees too cool) to the actual temp of the contents of the keg... I need to relocate the temp sensor. (And I was doubting my thermocouple and Fluke meter for its higher temp reading...)
Commercial fonts can be flooded with glycol and/or the snake has a glycol line to keep the run cool.
Cheers
