    Cider

    Just bottled an apple cider using an extract kit plus 8ltrs of apple juice, pre bottling taste is promising.

    Just a brigalow kit which I have used before but found it lacking in flavour, local brew shop suggested using the juice which has given it a much fuller apple taste.
    Abv is bit light at about 3.3%.
