Nice work.
I scored a free grain mill while collecting some supplies, not keen on hand milling so started looking at ideas for adding a motor.
Found a post on AHB where guys were using the motor with pulleys from a bread maker to power their mills, a quick search on gumtree and a cheap bread maker was found not far from home. Adapted the large pulley to the larger mill shaft and mounted the mill and motor to a piece of plywood which was then bolted to the lid of a plastic tub, found a 240V rated switch and a small plastic jaycar box to mount the electrics and all thats left is to paint the plywood.
Tested out on 500g of spare grain then ran 5kg of dark munich malt for my next brew, gearing was perfect and went thru the 1.2-kg hopper in no time.
