Battery problem on Northern Beaches
Hi, I have a Discovery 4 2016. Mid January I got a flat battery so it was changed by NRMA. they said it had a dead cell. We went to visit a mates farm 1 hour away from us and took our Caravan. We had the lights on (to get the power to the van whilst driving), a pre cooled Dometic 65 litre car fridge on, and the air conditioning. When we arrived we unhooked everything and put the car fridge on power. 2 days later I pressed the start button ( no engine ignition) to put all the windows down. The air con was on at the time and I got a message "Low Battery". It was a brand new battery. Has anyone got an idea of what went wrong.

Yes. The BMS wasn’t reset when the NRMA installed the battery.
