Except for a few specially made parts, the "different" bits will almost all be off the shelf ones - the only problem will be off whose shelf? But taking the brake booster for example - it is certainly made by a braking company, and probably has their identifying number on it, which would be recognised by a brake specialist. Even without the number a competent brake specialist would most likely recognise it unless it was a very rare item. Similar comments would apply to other accessories.
