well it has come time to play with the fuel screw some more, I have just fitted a water to air intercooler and lost some boost pressure. I have turn the fuel screw in the past and I just went some more I think I am out to 4 or 4.5 turns now and pulling 15 psi boost. NOT HAPPY NEED MORE BOOOOST. I am trying for 20 psi but am feeling a bit lost as to how many turns on the fuel screw it should take.
Its a garret T25, yes it is waste gated and I have a adjustable boost valve in the sense line
Lamb,
Just disconnect the wastegate and adjust boost levels/EGT with the fuel screw...

The Range Rover L322 4.4.TTDV8 ....probably won't bother with the remap..😈
ok.
before intercooler I was getting 15psi and hitting 17psi on a cool morning.
intercooler fitted boost dropped to 13psi, so I wound the screw but it has taken 2.5 turns to get back to where I was, now running 15 to 16psi.
it just seems like it has taken alot of turns to bring me back up. I am happy with how it goes but can't help myself![]()
Is it a noticable improvement, what's the impact on egts.

yes there is a bit of difference, but I am not finished playing with it yet, it has dropped the egt's a little as well, but I need to get more air flow over the water to air's radiator.
