If you knew how long I've been waiting to find a vehicle of this vintage, in this condition, IE worthy of a refurb to last me to the grave, then you'd know how happy I am!!

Interesting... Might have to consider that as an alternative to the roof mount unit I was going to fit... (R6000?)

I'm very keen to see that install. On a side note mine has the tropical roof and I didn't really give it much credit for doing anything just looking at it but recently on a 35 degree day it was perfectly fine as long as there was airflow through the cabin. So stuck in traffic it was warm but moving at 40-60 km/h was fine it just ups the wind noise having everything open. My two and a half year old manages to sleep in the back while doing 100 km/h with windows and vents open some how but at least he isn't sweating!

What do you gain by going to the 110 from the RRC? wheelbase and a bit more clearance?
