I'm in search of a new clutch for my 4bd1-t / LT85.
I've come across Exedy for ~770 (Heavy Duty with ~35% extra clamping force) and ACS (Australian Clutch Services??) ~450 (Heavy Duty with ~30% over OEM). I'm also heard of Extreme.
I've never heard of ACS and for $450 I'm skeptical of its quality and durability, however they are readily available.
What do those in the know recommend? I'm leaning towards the Exedy.

I just fitted the extra heavy duty kit from Extreme Clutch. The pedal is much heavier than with my previous clutch (Landy turbo version) but I know it wont be slipping any time soon. The whole kit cost $660 (trade price) delivered to Geelong from Adelaide.
It came with a plastic aligning tool, but the spigot end was too big (by heaps) but I had an old shaft here that I use anyway.

This is the one i got, my pedal feels very good, not a lot different from the turbo truck clutch that was in there before. I have to say that the previous clutch only started slipping due to a problem with the flywheel housing where the slave was mounted. I have a new flywheel housing (Thanks Brian! :)) and it is just perfect now.Quote:

I have a near new clutch plate sitting in it``s box on my work bench. It is the Isuzu clutch out side diameter and the spline to suit the lt95 box. Done a couple of hundred kays then I did a MSB gear box conversion and the box had the fine spline. So for half the price of a brand new one it could be yours.
