    Where to buy a clutch?

I've searched the web and come up with a few prices, but I'm keen on more ideas. There is a high chance there is a better price out there

Where can I get a clutch for an isuzu/lt95 combo?

What are you after, the complete assembly (pressure plate - turbo or non turbo. driven plate and throwout bearing) or just the driven plate?
    Cheers......Brian

I was just looking at the clutch plate. They seem to range from $200-$260 for the plate only. I haven't gotten a price for the whole kit.

Really??? They are just a standard V8 (LT95 or LT85) clutch plate. I think JC charged me <<$100 for the NOS Borg and Beck LT85 plate he had on the shelf.

i have bought a 1100kg Exedy kit for mine today, from extreme clutches. they have a listing for extra heavy duty to suit turbo 6x6 isuzu landies, 40% higher clamping force . i fitted one to a turbo isuzu 130 a while back and it sure has some bite

    pedal isn't that bad either.

That sounds like a complete overkill for me, but I still like the idea. I don't do much towing, and in 2 weeks I'll be moving about 10km from work in a suburb with no hills. It's barely even worth firing up the isuzu for 10km of smooth flat 60-70km/h roadway...

    Hi.
Can you measure the drive plate diameter of this kit?
I thought the V8 ones are 10.5 inch or 268 mm and the isuzu ones are 275mm.
    Thanks jim.

There are different part numbers for each clutch, so I assumed they must be different in some way, such as a larger area.

The V8 plates are a bit cheaper.

used a clutch kit from extreme and works well, even came with clutch alignment tool. Be aware, did have to extend the connecting rod between the slave cylinder and clutch fork by an inch. found out the hard way by bleeding the system and having the original rod fall into the bell housing...out with the motor a second time.
