Is this like yours?
Do what I did . Use the Isuzu MSA box and put the LT95 Tbox behind it for all the 6x6 stuff and PTO.
Is this like yours?
I got The Grubb to make up a housing using his LT 230 format but shorter and with a blank plate on the Tbox end. I Cut the LT 95 T box off with an angle grinder, milled it flat and after centreing the shafts drilled holes to bolt it to the plate.
Had a machine shop make up a flange to bolt to the MSA drive flange and splined to the Tbox input shaft.
Still working
Its in the link I put in your other thread.

4BD1T's from Isuzu trucks later than 1988 are the best IMHO.
Besides points mentioned by others, the Isuzu truck engines have the thermostat housing closer to the centre. Land Rover versions use different housing that put it further to left. The centre position may foul the frame undeneath the landie bonnet and the stock landie top radiator hose may be too short.
I think I will stick with the LT95, fabricating parts etc is beyond my admittedly limited skills. (unless anyone want to volunteer their services)
I have just been reading rijidij's conversion, which seems to be the bench mark, and figure to fit a truck 4BD1T, as linked on ebay above, I need:
Starter motor
Bell housing (hopefully whoever converted it used some kind of adaptor for the original bell housing)
Alternator
Maybe radiator
Maybe Engine mounts
Flywheel/flywheel housing???
Intercooler and pipes
I need to try and figure out what of the stuff in there at the moment is original 4bd1t and what is part of the 302V8 conversion (still beyond me why you would do this).
Next question, who supplies any of this specialised kit (bell housing, flywheel housing, engine mounts if i need them)?!?
I would aim for the year models bush65 suggested also..
thanks, post '88 4BD1-t added to shopping list.
What is the deal with the 'brand new' 4BD1-T's advertised? Are they still in production?
eg 4BD1 Turbo - Queensland Motor Recyclers
