Find out tomorrow, inter cooler out getting the oil flushed out. Mikes just starting to put it back in. Some of us have to work tomorrow so I'm off to bed soon.
First time I've seen mike smile in a few days, hopefully for their sake they'll be hitting the road in the next few days:, cause I'm pretty sure they are sick of my place by now.
And because I'm going on holidays

Took her for a quick run just now. Gone from no boost to blowing silicon elbows off every time the right foot goes down, so safe to say that we have boost Prior to the big *POP* though, she's fast...

I recall driving along the highway one day and at 24psi the pipes blew off at the bends which was followed by a ploom of black smoke...all I can suggest to prevent the pipes coming off as mine were stainless also is to spray a bit of hair spray on the pipes where the silicone sits...

I had to fit a strap across one of my joiners. The final straw was it popping of while passing a truck. Instantly halving engine power. The boost compensator stopped any smoke. Quite loud. I thought the truck had blown a tyre.

Back in the day when I raced turbo rotaries intercooler pipes used to blow off intermittently.
Best fix was those bolted wide clamps and swage (sp?) the pipes
Was only about a 3-4mm swage, quite tight for the silicone hose but worked a treat!
IIRC I just used the laggers swager at work ( construction site)

Are you using t-clamps or regular hose clamps?
