Dont have glow plug wiring on mine and it spins fast and starts straight away.
As John said bolt on more earth wires as when mine got a bit slow once it was earthing through the exhaust pipe as well.

I cheated and bought a steel one from a UK supplier. I was ordering some other stuff so it made sense to include it. Plus I suck at metal fabrication. :D

Apt fab make them. They are a site vendor and great to deal with.

Do they make the dash panel? I can only find the cradle (binnacle mount) on their site.

Cradle / binnacle only unfortunately. I'm sure they would do a run of the instrument panel if there was enough interest..
