Absolutely - there is a tendency for the air filter mounts to break. I welded mine once, and reinforced it the second tme - it hasn't broken since. And it is noisy when broken.

I've repaired my air cleaner brackets by welding in more angle to reinforce the existing angle.

My bonnet does have a few broken rivets but the underside is surfaced with soundproofing incl. dynamat. I will look to fix replace these as a priority.

As for the air cleaner brackets - they appear to be fine and I've also added rubber/ dense foam about the canister to eliminate metal-metal contact.

The noise is noticeable at idle and right through the rev range. Only time it's not as pronounced is under big load and boost (probably because exhaust and turbo whistle dominate)

I plan to replace the Rh engine mount but I just can't seem to get access. It's in such a bugger of a spot. It seams as though removing the steering mechanism would allow better access but I'm reluctant to do remove it.
