G'day Albert,
The only difference between the 4 and 5 speed kit is the clutch driven plate. 4 speed being coarse spline and 5 speed is fine spline. You can buy a new turbo pressure plate from Isuzu dealers if you want, the part number is 8970317592 and the clutch plate is AYG3463. Throwout bearing complete is AYG3339.
I'm running that Isuzu pressure plate, and the genuine LR friction plate for the LT95 Isuzu. Have done around 50K km's with a decent amount of towing etc and never a hint of it being unhappy. Only running 15psi.
I've got the 1" diam slave cylinder and SWMBO doesn't find the clutch particularly heavy.
While you've got it apart check the diameter of your slave, as I've driven a couple of counties with the Extreme clutch - one was OK (just slightly heavier than mine) and the other was VERY heavy. I'm guessing the heavy one might have the smaller diam slave.
