    you could always fit the assiting device (the one every one takes out) from a disco and the disco slave.

    What if I was to change to a larger bore master cylinder as well? Would this help?

    No part number sorry. Assumed you had one when you said they were 30mm.
    No, you don't want to go larger on the master, that will make it worse.
    Hydraulics is sort of like gears. Small input gear and large output gear gives large output force, but not much output distance.

    Was just reading some other posts and it seams the truck one is 30mm, county 25mm.
    Sheldon is going to try chase up the part number for me, his only concern is if it will have enough throw.

    Actually Steve, turns out after some googling, my slave is an Exedy SC810, that suits a disco! From what I have looked up, that has a 7/8" bore, no wonder I'm struggling
