    Hi, I have a civilian 6x6 & I was looking at the possibility of fitting a wider front axle assembly to it, seeing that they are for sale at the moment. I will need to change over the diff centre as mine is 3.54. Are the diffs the same brand? Paul.

    Yes Paul, a 3.54 centre will fit straight in as long as its fine spline gears. What are you going to do about the wider spring brackets.

    The difference in track width would be quite a bit....you would need some bloody wide flares.....

    Apart from spring bracket you will also need custom tie rods and panard rod and radius arm and brake lines.

    I wonder how the diff would stand up with increased overhang between springs and stub axle flange.

    Would the t-case to diff alignment be the same??
