Here is a pic of the ritter type TRB Gav. The bolt head is considerably smaller than the army type one. It is easily identifiable from a standard roller bearing shaft in that the pin doesn't have a bolt that goes through it. Also as far as I am aware the pivot pin and clutch throwout fork are the same item right through the LT95 range only the pushrod length and the throwout bearing are different in some variants. The Isuzu has 2 pushrod lengths for the LT85 and LT95 and the V8 boxes have a shorter one. Interested to hear from Deejay as to what other differences he has found.
I'll stick my head under the 101 shortly and have a look. The spare box is buried behind a set of shelves so it may take me longer to check that one...
