    i installed it with the new seal, had a rather bad groove in the crank from the old seal.

    did some much needed rust repairs today, will see it through until i cut out the whole pan and weld in something with a bit more strength.











    ordered a filter spacer so will fit that soon, the bell housings off being modified now, so should be dropping the isuzu in, in the next few weeks.

    Interesting. First time I've seen one of those weird full flow filter adapters.

    yeah not sure what the go is with it, will probably remove it.

    got the templates ready to go for the new rear diff.

    5mm wall box section on the axle trusses and 10mm thick steel for the pumpkin replacement

    I've wondered aboutn these trussed diffs. Did you strap it down before welding, or just stitch weld it bit by bit on opposing sides?
    Warpage during welding could be interesting if it gets too much localised heat. But yeah, props! She'll be tuff enough.
