    Yeah its only the starter motor you'll need to change as these motors dont need glow plugs. So just just leave the 24v ones in to plug the hole.

    been ages since i gave an update. only started the conversion in the past few weeks, getting the old mans 4bd1t rangie sussed out properly was the main hold up. so heres a few pics of what I've been up to.

    Nice! Good to see a Flat-pack bar kit. It'd be a great project and relatively cost effective too! Not to mention any customisation that would be possible...
