Rear Crank Shaft Oil Seal Installer - 4BD1?

Hello all. Ran into a snag rebuilding the old Isuzu 4BD1 in that I don't have an installer and can't find the specs to machine one that will work to proper depth. I believe the tool is stock Kent Moore Tools J-41269 & J-34543-A (Oil Seal Installer & Rear Crank Seal Installer, respectively) but they are not available and an order would not be fulfilled until the new year apparently (at least here in the states). I've managed to locate a used Kent Moore J-34543-A, leaving me tantalizingly close to completing this rebuild, but still short. Does anyone have the dimensions or suggestions for me to pursue to complete?

    Thank you in advance.

Thank you for the replies. It doesn't seem like it would be ok to just flush it - i.e. - it doesn't need to be recessed by a certain tolerance and instead you just pushed yours flat/flush with the exterior dimension?

Bit of an update, the rear seal is in, thanks to all the input here. I will post up some photos of the engine as completed and once in, maybe a video of it running. I'll be on a side project for the next week working with a mate to take a roof off and begin a second story addition ..... no shortage of projects at the moment it seems.
