Plenty of other options that work well or better.

I've got a HX30w that will happily boost 30 psi, non intercooled.

Others are using the TD04HL-19T or HE221w plus the odd other random Garret from Nissan's etc.

Also there is a lot of information out there on turbos on this forum and 4bswaps.

I'm very happy with my garret gt2554r. running 20 psi, spools right off idle.

With similar boost and fuelling and dyno results, my td04hl-19t with stock manifold makes slightly more kw but much better afrs than the klr kit and at half the cost

Oh yeah cost, I didn't even mention you could do it for a fraction of the cost of the KLR kit!

    Turbo choice

I have a high mount Isuzu manifold I’m selling. The Badco turbo mentioned is probably the pick. Oil feed can be done off the filter housing. Drain back into the CCV manifold covers. Water cooling is not absolutely necessary but not that complicated to add. So I have to agree. The KLR kits might be comprehensive, but quite exy.
