    Extra battery storage

Does anyone here with a 110 have any more than 2 batteries installed in their 110, I have 2 H/duty batteries under the left passenger seat and I was looking to mount another battery somewhere that is not too difficult to service (if needed) ? so has anyone done this at all, any ideas cheers n thanks Dennis

I haven't done it, but I think you could extend the floor of the drivers underseat box down enough to put at least one battery in there.

I have a battery under the rear of the drawers, just behind the back seat, out of sight under the removable top of the rear section of the drawers, but easy to reach.

I have 2x 105 amp batteries under the passenger seat & a further one under the driver seat. I often run 2 fridges & need a CPAP for my sleep. Never had any worries as long as I drive each day. I usually use a marine switch but recently got Tombie's setup.
What I do with every 110 to date is remove the seat box, turn it upside down, angle grind off the battery box & storage box bases & deepen them to be about level with the bottom of the chassis rail. This gives plenty of storage space.
I just fabricated a storage box for my series 3 SWB by removing the passenger 16 gallon tank ( it had one each side) and making a toolbox a little wider but same shape. Extra battery goes in there, plus about 30 litres in jerrycans if needed. It just makes the space more versatile as - who does long trips in a Series??
