For the bolts themselves you might try Patterson-Cheney in Melbourne. They helped me with a few things last year including bolts if memory serves. Ask for George Greig. He's been there quite a long time and was able to find parts needed.

Almost forgot, check my build thread here from rebuild last year, there are specific turbo bolts called out in the parts list near the beginning that hopefully will be useful - 4BD1 Rebuild, Sanity Check Needed Please

Yeah, I spoke to them too.
They also said to re-use the existing bolts if they are in good condition. They can get new ones, but the shorter bolts are ex Japan, as with other suppliers I spoke to.
Re-using the bolts is the most common suggestion I've had on this and other forums.

In case its useful to anyone, I've got the head of my 1981 stage1 engine at the moment and just measured the bolts.
    Qty 14 - 12x115mm
    Qty 4 - 12x102mm

That seems to tie up with tc_s1's rebuild thread list for a non-turbo engine.
I see in that list the turbo motor bolts are all 4mm longer - 106mm and 119mm.
I've never heard of the turbo engines having a different head, so guessing its just for more thread engagement.

Some of mine are reasonably corroded and I'd like to replace them. Not surprising for a 37 year old engine. The bloke that's doing the valve grind for me reckons its the first time the head has been touched as its still got the factory machining marks so likely that they bolts and head gasket are original.

4BD1/T Head bolt quantity, source, PNs etc ??

Purchased a set of aftermarket Durapro bolts for 4bd1t (via ebay) - around $45 delivered.

Kit number is HBK6917D. They also have another kit for non turbo. I don't have their non-turbo kit to compare, but the bolts in my kit are only the standard Isuzu NA lengths.
There are however, 2 bolts that have a threaded portion on top - presumably for mounting something on the truck turbo engines.
Most of the bolts are double hex (12pt) heads, with the exception of the 2 extended ones which are just single hex.
Quality looks OK, and none turned to cheese and snapped off when torqued so we're off to a good start. Will see how they go in service.

My truck engine just has one of the bolts that have a threaded portion on top. It's used to mount the fuel filter bracket.

    Thanks Murray.

My spin-on fuel filter is bolted to the lug on the manifold where the original cartridge filter was, but I installed one bolt in the same position as yours, and the other at the very rear of the head.
The front one has now become the attachment point for my Engine Watchdog sensor, and the rear one has yet to find another use.

I guess there's always the option to just cut the extended portion off if it wasn't required or got in the way of something else.

Good info guys, I bought that head bolt kit same as you Steve.
In the manual there is a torque spec for re-using the bolts on the 4BD1 but not 4BD1T, so I'm guessing they assume new bolts or is the torquing the same? For price I chose to use new bolts.
Here is the torqure spec I used, it's listed in this thread and I am taking this as advice from Ray (sprocketdriver) who had trouble find the right information.

Here are the parts I used for reference:

head gasket genuine isuzu 8941458391 $100.00
    intake manifold neoprene 8941169880 $16.28
    exhaust gasket induvidual 8944046100 $37.40
    injector dust seal 9153390510 $20.24
    injector copper seal 5153150030 $36.52
    head bolt kit HBK6917D $45.00
head crack test and skim south side cylinder heads $293.00
