Turbo engine breather from tappet cover

OK, I have read that turbo engines dont have the big breather from the side valve gear covers like the NA. They have a big breather from the tappet cover.
Now mine does not have a breather in either of the side covesr and only the small breather as in the NA from the tappet cover.
I want to fit a catch can of some sort, that usually has 1 inch ports. Can I convert my NA tappet cover to have a 1 inch port?
It will need some sort of baffle as well I guess or stuff it with a stainless pot scrub.
I need to do this as I can only fit the catch can to the RHS or intake side, then I can run the outlet into the intake pipe pre turbo.
Not sure for the oil drain from the Provent , could I tap into the oil filter head somewhere where there is no pressure?

Shame you have no room on the passenger side. The side covered are an easy place to vent from. You could then drain the Provent to alternator/vac pump drain point on the block.

Turbo engine breather from tappet cover

Could a provent fit just in front of the turbo? I’m not sure a provent is necessary. I think a catch can would do the job.

I have a turbo tappet cover with larger vent opening and side vent. I think the side vent with NA tappet vent would be sufficient.

The catch cans I have looked at all have smaller hose than the Provent. dont know that it makes a difference.
Again maybe I dont need to drain it, some just have clear PVC tube with a tap.
Being on the RHS I did not want to run a long 1 inch hose around the back of the block (or over the top) from one of the side plates to the Provent.
Anyone got a turbo big vent tappet cover they dont need.?
I an guessing I would have to make a baffle of some sort if I tapped into the thin steel side plate as the cast alloy one has a shape that suggests a baffle inside.
