    Hi all
Sorry for the late reply, family duties today.

Thanks for all the responses, in no particular order, there isnt much room on my passenger side as I have a second battery 3" exhaust and additional electrics shoved in there. I have a donaldson powercore filter at the rear of the engine and 4" air intake on the drivers side.

Damian, couple of questions, what engine is the flat rocker cover off and would a puma bonnet fit a 6x6?

    Thanks
    Bob
    Regards
    Bob

That's just the standard early 4bd1 na rocker cover.
I was told that pic I posted up, they ran a puma bonnet, but I thought the 6x6 bonnet was wider?????

    Hi pedro
The boost air passes through the core and coolant is pumped over the core and through a separate radiator.
Advantage over an air to air intercooler is its not dependant on vehicle speed for efficient operation and has better efficiency (size for size).

......but it would help slightly if the unit is positioned in a cool environment, rather than a hot environment. Same thing with the hosing.

May be. Mine was in the same place, my egt's dropped 70°c when I installed this same cooler over the air to air I had before it.

I agree, there should be plenty of room at the side of the motor in a 6x6 bay.
