How to modify an LT85 4bd1 bellhousing to fit R380

I don't need to do this at this time but down the road if the need arose what is involved in modifying an LT85 4bd1 Isuzu bellhousing to fit an R380 to replace the LR85 behind the 4bd1? Other than sending it in to KLR.

Why? Just rebuild the LT85 if ever ir needs it. Better box than the R380. Here is a tip. Find an LT85 from a V8 County so you have one that has not been hammered by the Isuzu.

The LT85 in question is a low mileage unit currently behind a 3.5 carb V8. I'm planning to fit a 4bd1t in front of it for now, just looking at longer term options if needed. Depending on how the LT85 works out I might fit an LT95 or R380 down the road.

The vehicle is a ex British military 127 ambulance that I've been offered.
