Guy Fawkes event in New York
Thought I would share the Perenties recent adventures in New York. I blew up the 10 spline front diff at this event last year, but this year was different. I have added a Snorkel, Aschroft LSD front diff / HD halfshafts, HD wolf rims with 255/85 R6 BFG KM3 tires (brilliant) and OME shocks. Absolutely lovely to drive and was an absolute blast. Many thanks to the organizer and other Landy enthusiasts that keep these events going.

That is great. Some impressive vehicles there. Is the LR scene big over there? I honestly didn't realize.

Relative to the Jeep scene it is small. That being said there is a large number of us in the New England area with the largest east coast event attracting well over 100 vehicles in Virginia. The upcoming winter event where temps can hit -25f before windchill attracts around 50+ vehicles every year. It is large enough that there are 3 good sized distributors of rover parts in the region (roversnorth, DAP, Atlantic British). So we are a healthy lot of enthusiasts. Photo is from last years event. Before anyone says it, that is the last time I lash the highlift to the windscreen braces.
Cheers,
Jason
