The present box has covered about 280,000ks since overhaul. Thus far numerous trips in central Australia, (Including 6x across the Simpson including Madigan Line, 2 big cross country trips, E-W trip with a trailer, 3 solo vehicle crossings), High country from southern NSW north, towing, etc etc. The nay sayers predicted the demise of the gearbox in all the types of travel that I have undertaken. The ratios work exceptionally well behind the Isuzu (1.2:1 LT230 TC), and there have been no causes for concern.
