I have a fresh 4jh1 (152km) what other components are you using in the conversion? Are you using any other comps that are Isuzu? I have an 4wd RA Rodeo which the 4jH1 will be coming out of.
Thanks

Hi Mr Brown .
Yes, the engine is going in to a series, a 2A Forward Control. I've got a build thread running here..
#137B 2A FC rebuild
I've used a Isuzu truck box (MYY5T) on to a landy LT230 transfer case. My 4JH1 came from a Isuzu NKR200 truck rather than a Rodeo.
I've converted to a mechanical injector pump by using a pump off a 4JB1 motor. The front timing case and gears bolt straight up to the 4JH1 block. Or you can get an adapter to run a 4JB1 pump on the 4JH1 timing gears.
I haven't had it running yet. Hopefully a couple of months time....
