Well we are getting there. The shut down actuator or edic motor has arrived , the extended front flares are on the way from UK, thanks Matt:angel:.
Not sure how it will look but have ordered a pair of truck... as in prime mover mudguards for under the tray as the 35's poke out well past the tray. I'm going to cut the tie rail and fit the truck guards for now as not set up for welding aluminium ATM:(

I ended up junking the truck guards on the rear as fitted to close to the tyre so for now used the Polly garden edging:eek: Not sure I like it but is effective.
I have also tacked the same product to the front until the new flares arrive.
The outer door latch was only a retaining clip broken so pinched one off a Rangie:)
Some pics of the flares:wacko:..... Cut the tie rail, rivited some alloy angle, trimed the polly to suit and pop rivetted it all on.

I think those rear flares actually look OK.
Turned out better than I expected:), Best part is... my 120 is now eco friendly as made of recycled plastic:DQuote:

The tyre tucks up in side of the flare but hits the tray:( I'll have to butcher the tray and make small arches as I don't want to lift it for stability reasons . Shouldn't be to bad once done:eek:

Still have to finish the rears with wider mud flaps and maybe put a curve on the leading edge.
They look pretty good, I'm making my tray 6'6" wide, same as the old one, will just cover the 35's on the 10" wheels:)
Thats alot of glyphosphate on the back, few weeds to spray:D
