Are the axle drive flanges on a Perentie the same as a standard 110?
Anyone recommend the best place to buy them?
hello have 110 perentie gs 5300km bought feb 2015 sold in auction feb 2014 in minto nsw.
Anyone have a list of gasket part numbers? Looking mainly for timing case etc....
Also can part number for new two piece rear main be added to here?
I was having a hard time finding the filters matching these part numbers for my 87 county 4BD1 here in the States, so I wanted to post these in case they are of any use to anyone else in the future. The Wix is widely available. Baldwin less so. Ryco one may cross-reference. Donaldson not available or cross referencable here at all from my searching. Though I won't be buying from Amazon, I'm listing current prices there for reference; mileage may vary (pun intended):
Oil Filter:
Element ? WIX | Part # 51745 (cartridge filter) / Baldwin P266 /
Amazon (USD16.71)
Fuel Filter:
Element ? Wix | 33259 / Ryco R2411PA
Amazon (USD13.67 ea)
Air Filters:
Outer Element - WIX | Part # 42868 / Baldwin PA1822-FN / Donaldson P90-0433
Amazon (USD44.05)
Safety Element - WIX | Part # 42679 / Baldwin PA2332 / Donaldson P90-0434
Amazon (USD28.94)
I hope this information may be useful for someone else down the line who is also a fortunate owner of a JRA 110 4BD1+T.
G'day Gents,
I'm looking for the part numbers on the genuine Isuzu full rebuild kits.
I have a ex-army 4BD1 which I will turbo..... so I'm after, I think, a 4BD1T kit that will suit the ex-army engines.
I've trolled through this thread but didn't see any listing for full reco kits.
I spoke to the guys at Gilbert & Roach Newcastle but they can't help me without a VIN or specific part number.
Cheers,
Jason
Do your homework before ordering a turbo rebuild kit for a N/A motor as there are some differences in the bolt patterns on the motors. Most gaskets including the head gasket are the same but some things are different like the thermostat housing cover and the oil cooler cover as well I think. The N/A motor is actually an industrial motor whereas the turbo motor is an automotive one (think NPR trucks and the like)
