I love the boat - I guess it was obviously cheaper to import from the US rather than buy something here.
A Macgregor 26x is on the list to buy when I come into some $$$$

Cheaper to import, pain in the gluteus maximus dealing with Australian Customs, it took nine months from the initial talks with Scott in the US to getting the boat home from the Port Botany.
Now that the Rangie is on the road we will have a bit more time to complete the trailer conversion to RTA requirements and have a sail.

Good to hear.
But 6.5psi is pretty low. Can you wind that up or is the wastegate arm fixed?
I didn't want to play with the fueling till the exhaust was sorted out, coming up from Kangaroo Valley every time I put the boot in she accellerated only so far then came over all constipated, I'm putting it down to not being able to get rid of the extra exhaust gas through the smaller V8 pipes we tacked together to get home. The same thing happened in first and second gear.
If our exhaust guy hasn't extended his holidays then the Rangie shall be dropped off on Monday.

Sorry I don't know all of the details of your vehicle, sounds like a fuel issue, which could be due to fuel delivery between tank and the injection pump - the lift pump may be having problems pulling enough through (maybe something to do with the original petrol system, also there is a strainer in the inlet fitting of the lift pump which may have partially blocked while standing).
Or it could be the governor is set for too low maximum revs - the governor will reduce the fuel if the revs try to exceed what it is set for (as low as as 2500 rpm is not out of question for max setting for 4BD1, where as rangie V8 could easily double that).
Is this the wastegate arm that I have to modify

I saw somewhere else in the forum to cut the bar, and add an adjustable section.
All we have done at this time is take the 4BD1 out of the donor Landie, and transplant it into the Rangie we then added the turbo, no adjustments have been made at this time to the fuel mixture, I thought I would play with those settings after the exhaust system was done.
Before I forget if A is the fuel adjust, what is B and C for?
