The rocker arm screw lock nuts should be 16.6 - 19.5 ft lbs.
Check also the rocker arm bracket bolts should be 14.5 - 21.7 ft lbs.

Not sure the attachment is coming up as invalid, shall try a few things to see if I can get it to work.

    Garry,

.4mm inlet and exhaust, prefferably warm. You adjust both valves for number 1 when 4 is rocking, 3 when 2 is rocking, 4 when 1 is rocking and 2 when 3 is rocking. OR the rule of '9'.
Starting at front of engine, number valves 1 through to 8.
adjust valve 1 when 8 is open fully
2 when 7 is open fully, and so on.

They won't be out by much is my guess, mine have been done 3 times in 500k+ and needed only minor adjustment. Unlike the Tdi which needs a look at every 10 to 20k

Garry brought the Stage 1 around to my place the other day to give me a look at it. I think it will be a shame to break it up, it's a nice straight truck, BUT, a 130 with a 4BD1(T) in it is a much more appealing prospect........so go for it.
I have often discussed with some mates, how good a 130 would be with an Isuzu Turbo under the bonnet.
And after going through an Isuzu conversion on my County, and chasing up all the components needed for the job, finding a Stage 1 Isuzu to break up for the project will make the whole project just that bit easier.

Good find Gaz............you're lucky I didn't find it before you at that price, it would be sitting in my back yard.
