I've recently replaced the clutch, pressure plate, etc in my 110 Isuzu County with a 5 speed LT85 Santana box, so have a little bit of info:
I don't know what 'box John has fitted, but AYG3616 isn't the 5 speed (LT85) one, so I presume it's one of the two available for the 4 speed (LT95).
When I was looking at the microfiche's at the LR dealer here in Perth, there were two clutches listed for the 4BD1 with a 4 speed and only one for the 5 speed. The two for the 4 speed were for the turbo version (6X6) and the non-turbo version. The 5 speed only gets the one clutch listed as it was never available from the factory with the 4BD1T.
Regarding pressure plates, 8970317592 is the Isuzu part number for the latest Turbo one, it supersedes part number 8941322320, which you may also find kicking around the Isuzu network.
5 speed clutch - NOTE! this is not the same as the clutch fitted to the V8 with the Santana box (Isuzu application has a larger diameter of 275mm versus 268mm for the V8 one - although this does contradict the original sales literature for the 110 that I have) :

Latest Turbo pressure plate:

Here's the original pressure plate that was fitted to mine (non turbo) - P/N still current:

Also note that the 5 speed clutch fit's the fine 23 spline of the LT85 input shaft, versus the course 10 spline of the LT95 one, here's the 5 speed clutch plate:

If you don't have a turbo and have no intention of ever fitting one, I'd stick with a non-turbo pressure plate. The turbo one is noticeably more "on/off" in it's nature of engagement.
