I just called Isuzu parts in Geelong. The price for a brand new exhaust manifold p/n 8943662470 is $346.50, so if I don't come across a second hand one by the time I start working on the 120, at least they are available.
Can anyone confirm that this in fact the manifold to suit the turbo I have.

Edit: I just noticed that Bojan's link has the same part number http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/NEW-I...Q5fAccessories and at ~US$150 including postage it works out to ~AU$195

Not sure if this info helps.
It may have been posted by the same Dougal above on another forum.
    Not exactly his words but

" 4BD1 T engines had the following turbos fitted; IHI RHB6( early) , Garrett T25 waste gated ( early) , Garrett T25 free float with T3 flange or Garrett T25 waste gated with T3 Flange

That manifold has a T3 flange, and from the dimensions posted, so does your turbo.

I contacted the seller and he says he doesn't ship to Aus. Have you bought one off him in the past.

Sorry to hear that Murray, I bought mine from him ~6 months ago, and the delivery was $65US.

There are shipping companies that will pickup and deliver internationally. I don't know what the fees will be though.

If you want, I can forward it to you at cost. The US-AUS shipping thing can be a pain. I've been on the receiving end of help from a forum member in AUS and I would be happy to help out.

    G'day Paul,
Thanks very much for the offer, I might actually take you up on it. I suppose it would be a pretty easy process as it would already be packaged when it gets to you, so you would just need to re-address it and post it on.
The auction ends soon, so it might finish before you see this. But if you PM me your mailing address I could contact the seller to see if he still has the manifold and take things from there.

    Cheers, Murray

I just got an answer from the seller and he said he uses UPS and it would be about $200 for shipping to Aus, and because of the expense, he prefers to just ship to the US.
$200 seems a bit excessive, Bojan said ~$65US 6 months ago.
Maybe the guy just doesn't want the hassle.
I'm guessing the manifold probably weighs about 6kg ?? Along with Bojan, does anyone else have experience with shipping costs from the US to Aus ?

I've had drills and circular saws shipped over, the most expensive was $40aus, that was a 7" dewalt circ saw, battery and charger, i reckon it would be around 4kg give or take
