    Faulty part

I think I must be getting Ron's problem. On Friday I got the new (lower) speedo cable for the 110 (from a highly reputable supplier), and this morning fitted it. (I should have hosed the mud off underneath first) Fortunately looked into the end of the new cable before connecting it to the upper bit.

The coupler for the inner cable is missing! So, since I need to get it going for a trip to Yass in a couple of days, I spent two hours making a replacement out of steel. I could not use the one off the old cable as it is cracked.

Not happy. Hope it works at least for a while.

Not the only one.... Who pinched my drive flange bolts that were packed with my 120's hub
Bloody inconvenient out this way when these things happen. I know how you feel JD Mine must have been sent via Ron B's to inherit the fault bug as well
