Mine is an early '86 County with factory LT85. Funnily enough its registered as an '85 but it does'nt have the gal trim on the doors etc, definately '86.

    Hi Guys

My Sept '85 Isuzu County had an LT95 (4 speed) from new when I picked it up from Whitehrouse Motors in Nunawading Melb.

Its now owned by a fellow LROCV member and still has the original box in it.

    Cheers

What does the compliance/VIN plate say??? I don't see how it can be registered earlier than the build date unless someone stuffed up when re-registering it???

My 6/86 compliance plate Isuzu has an LT95.

I seem to see a lack of uniformity here - which does not surprise me all that much.

That's what I meant. QLD isn't any better. A mate registered a restored Series 1 and they put down 6 cylinders and read the engine number incorrectly.
