Personally, I can't imagine why you'd want to do this.....I find the County seats extremely comfortable, especially for long distance, last year we did Coolangatta to Cairns in one go, and even my passengers were amazed at how comfortable the standard seating is. If shock loads are a problem, it's probably due to stiffer than standard suspension springs being fitted, and passing on the 'bump'. You sit on the standard seat, rather than in, so the body is well ventilated and upright.
I've seen many Japper seats last less than ten years, let alone 23, and try and get them reupholstered-costs heaps!. They're hot, soft, get mouldy, and fall apart, let alone the loss of access to the underneath area and organising the blue plate. Resale value of the vehicle is also compromised.
If you can't live with it, buy a Rangie:D:p.
