    Disco ute cab kits

Has anybody had any experience with these?

    Cab kit

I haven't found out anything about installation on the site yet. But the end results look pretty impressive.

I've seen this kit fitted at Melrose, a work in progress at the time.
They are a little short in the tray but as daily runaround would be good.
    Cheers, Kyle

The lines dont look right to me, i think you would need to check if an engineer will pass one of those kits before forking out the cash.

I second that, ugly as hell, and would need considerable steel underneath anyway.

There is a significant difference between the bespoke built Roversmith D2a ute, and the cheap and cheerful fibreglass kit this thread speaks about...

I also have strongly considered cutting my D2 up, dad built a Range Rover ute very early on, so it would only be fitting if I did the same. Haven't got the grinder out... yet!

Its the B pillar area that never looks right, Roversmiths ute looks factory and that is what sets it apart from most of the bodgy UK jobs.
An LRA RRC kit would be a better buy as it has already been engineer approved and will fit a D1 and D2.
