A great game well played. Queensland came out determined to win, NSW came out thinking they were going to win. Imagine the score if Queensland had picked a team that weren't too old. ;)

And Queensland deserve to be happy, well done, Queensland.:clap2::clap2::clap2:
Oh well, that's it for another year, bring on 2016....Go the Blues!!!:D
Cheers Jim, we just want to see if you lot looked after our trophy last year. ;)
Someone asked me if I wasn't bored with the game last night.
Hell no !
I could happily watch NSW get thrashed 3-0 year after year after year.
I could happily catch games with Qld having record high score and record winning margin too.
The MIGHTY Maroons.

Just had to rub it in.....:D:D:D:D:D
I know Qld would have won based on the intensity and commitment they showed last night, but really, some of the Blues were woeful and not just in this game but the second where we scraped a win.
We need new blood and in form players not past reputation has beens and mates of Bozo.
Hopoate has not had a good game all year for Parramatta. His contribution in the three games a net loss in metres gained with the ball. He was nowhere to be seen in defense or attack
Gallen is too old and too slow. Heart as big as Phar lap but his best was two years ago.
If Mick Ennis is the best we can do as a dummy half then that will do me. If you want a pest get a pet mosquito. He is good with the mouth and cheap shot and that's about it. As for Farrah - see comments above re: Gallen. Time for a young guy like Mitch Rein to step up and take the game by the horns.
As for the halves I know it is an unfair comparison with Cronk and Thurston but those guys know each play and run with thought and commitment. Pearce and Hodkinson look like fish out of water. No structure, no putting payers in any set plays. There were occasions last night when our players were getting the ball standing still. It looked like a game of hot potato with no-one wanting to have a go.
Klemmer and Woods were OK but you can't base a game plan around two props.
New blood and give them a year to settle in.
One radio announcer down here today said "the Blues were still in the game with 80 minutes to go". Boy are they copping it. I hope it toughens them up and puts fire in their bellies, they need it!!:)
