    With less weight in a L494, I'd say so. Conversely, an SVR would be inadequately be described as sporty.

    I am wondering about the sportiness of a 4wd with no low range.

    Until 2009 (?) a 2.7 diesel putting out 140 kw and 440 nm in a 2.6 t car with a 6 speed box was apparently "sporty"! I bet that thing is good for 0-100 in under 9 seconds.
    Yes, would like to know what it's tow rating is.

    Supposedly the same 2L diesel as the current Discovery Sport which has figures of 132kW & 420Nm. Going to 177 & 500 is a marked increase.
