    Anyone climb on the Gold Coast

    Used to a bit of indoor climbing down at Burleigh a couple of years ago but stopped when my buddy couldn't go anymore. Anyone keen to do some climbing in the evenings down at the Burleigh indoor centre? From memory it stays open until about 10pm and I was hoping to get at least 1 mid week climb in a week from say 8pm.
    I'm no expert but just love the challenge and the fitness aspect of it.

    Hey Mick,

    I climb most weeks up in brissie......we normally have a bit of a group going along, so your welcome to tag along anytime you like.
    I guess it may be a bit far come though.

    I'd probably be keen to pop down your way if you want a climbing buddy every now and then.

    At last...someone replied...thought I was the only climber on the Gold Coast!! Bit of a treck to get to Brissie for a regular climb but I'll definitely try and make it up sometime. Anytime you are down the coast of an evening let me know as the Burleigh Heads indoor place is pretty good.

    Keep me posted and I'll catch up with you soon.

    Yeah I climb too, normally in the morns when I "climb" out of bed, some arvo's "climbing" up the stairs for a cold brew, and if Im lucky I occasionally get to "climb" on the missus :wink: . Umm is that what you guys were talking about ,

    Yeah Stevo, looking for a buddy to go climbing with.......I'm free most evenings if you need a hand climbing the stairs for beers or if you need a hand climbing on your missus......did I say that 8O ops:

Actually shame its getting darker now, will have to remember for summer for anyone to pop around on allocated days for a brew whilst staring out over the mountains, much nicer with company ,
