Ok, another clue (before the smart people wake up :D)

There is two wheel racing action very close by, including a 24hr event - thankfully they aren't spat on.

and its in Australia you reckon ?
I've looked and I've looked... to no avail.
Lets hope someone smarter does get on here.

I have a few good ones but all bar one are not this difficult.
