Monster Garage?
Never heard of it before, but then, I don't have satellite or cable TV.
Here's me, thinking about a nice big shed. And it's just another hot rod show.
Might get back onto the front end loader, and clear some more room in my nice big new shed.
We are now clearing out all the partition walls in what was a 100 bay breeding piggery. We now have a nice big shed, the Land Lord can even park his 25 meter "B Double" tipper in the shed, and take up no room at all.
That's, a monster garage. My 75 meter builders tape, won't stretch across this shed, let alone along it.
It's a lovely big shed, and now watch us run out of room, real fast.
My Triumph bike, the Landy, the caravan, the Datsun race car, the little truck.
Nope, I take up no room at all in this nice big new shed.

Like I said, never heard of it, can't have seen it. But, I did have a quick look at the web site.
Hence my reply. Another custom vehicle "hot rod" show. Not so special. Who here on this forum hasn't been inside, underneath and customised the hell out of just about any vehicle we have had.
It's just that most of us don't make them look like that. I don't.
I don't care much for the pretty side, I need it strong and reliable.
I do like the rat rod T-bucket, and the 50 Woody wagon.
The shed?
Not so much any more Phill. It was disused over 20 years ago, too old to get up to the "new" standards of back then.
The big shame, is the destruction of a lot of Mount Gambier Limestone. Dwarf bulkhead walls, all built of white limestone blocks. Beautiful stuff to build with, natures Heble blocks. Soft enough to mark with a finger nail, cut with a wood saw and mortar up, so light it can be "tossed up" in blocks of 600X400X200 or bigger. To this day it is still quarried using hand saws, cut out in massive slabs then sawn to size.

I have only seen the show a handful of times and think it is great. I like the part when the challengers fail to meet the challenge and they blow it up at the end.
Bit hard to find this show nowadays, but you can read about it here: Monster Garage - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Or the official fansite ;Monster Garage v2.0 - A Whole New Build
