So it looks like we lucked in for a change ..I told him that my step father was a plumber & all his family where all in the building trade & that i have dome work for most of them & we would be fixing most things that pop up, He was realy glad that we would do that as it takes some load of him, Plus he said you help us we help you..Works both ways so we where happy he said that..
