Thats a favourite spot for truckies to pull over, its near Seahampton and I see trucks pulled over there often!!!:)

Its funny as Fatty used to do that run once a week to drop or pickup my dickhead brother, don't miss seeing him..

Well had a great evening tonight ,Had my pourmans lamb roast (lamb shanks) slowly roasted in the fryingpan in this lamb ragout stuff.. Then when we finished we went & lit the fire got it nice & hot then sat down with a nice scotch & coke ..Just came in to watch bones & castle....

Hey paul if you got a new phone, Have you seen the new deals around was looking at one of the pamphlets the other day & one of the deals was you get a phone & new puter & wireless internet for about $49 a month i think it was, As soon as i seen it i thought of you...

Hey kev how you been busy i bet..another 2000 posts would be nice..
You nearly got a phone call to rescue Karen as she had to goto salermander bay for footy & guess what she got lost she would of called in to see you but she went with my cousin Vickie (chuckie B on here) & didn't want to stay after the game as she got the lift...

Not this weekend coming but the next should be very interesting as they have to goto scone ..& karen recons Maitland is a very long drive...:eek:

so jealous - I LOVE lambshanks - we have them BUT NOT OFTEN ENOUGH :D

I cook 'em all day in the slow cooker - usually with some stuff thrown in so they come ready with gravy and veges - and then I serve them on a bed of mashed potatoes... mmmm - I am drooling just thinking about it.

No way it is a poormans roast - food of kings, I say!

Yeah i know mmmmmmmmmm.
A leg of lamb for us is about $15 a kg
Lamb shanks 4 for $10 & they where big bugga's..
