SubscriberWell had a great evening tonight ,Had my pourmans lamb roast (lamb shanks) slowly roasted in the fryingpan in this lamb ragout stuff.. Then when we finished we went & lit the fire got it nice & hot then sat down with a nice scotch & coke ..Just came in to watch bones & castle....

so jealous - I LOVE lambshanks - we have them BUT NOT OFTEN ENOUGH
I cook 'em all day in the slow cooker - usually with some stuff thrown in so they come ready with gravy and veges - and then I serve them on a bed of mashed potatoes... mmmm - I am drooling just thinking about it.
No way it is a poormans roast - food of kings, I say!
