Cheer up Banj, you can always buy a Freelander and spend $10,000 on a engine rebuild and $5000 on a transmission rebuild plus $1200 for an Auto tranny cooler PLUS $325 for a Cam shaft Sensor!!!I must admit I didn't spend the money on the engine rebuild, it was done before I bought the car, but just the same thats a lot of money on a car that hasn't even done 100,000k's.

Also $66 to have ALL FOURX 4 read the computer to work out the Cam Shaft Sensor failure!!!

That is a shame
... but for that money you can get a nice D1 Tdi ....
AND it will have coil springs, and a centre diff lock, and it will be at least 20-25yrs newer, and it will cost way less to run, and be more comfy to drive, and it has wind down windows, and disc brakes F&R, and, and, and, and ....
